A truly happy ending for Gail, Murray and Snow!

Snow and Lucky enjoyed their 9th birthday at home with cake and ice cream and mom and dad(see picture). No guests this year as Luck wasn't feeling up to it. Our boy was suffering from an immune condition for about 3 months and with moving and all his health started declining fast. We watched our baby boy go from a big vibrant boy who loved everyone, especially little girls, to a very weak and thin dog that we could hardly recognize. After our vet's heroic efforts, Luck succumbed to this terrible disease on November 26, 2005. He will always be missed and loved for his big brown eyes that my aunt called "his John Wayne look". Luck was a lover, the best brother a girl could have. He left behind his very sad parents and his littermate Snowflake that is missing him something terrible. Although Luck will never be replaced, we did adopt a little girl named Abby on January 21st. We are hoping that Abby will help Snow as she has never been alone before and doesn't like it much. We have only had Abby for a few days now and things are looking up. Abby is so much fun and Snow is warming up to her fast. This is a match made in Heaven..........Abby needed someone to love her and Snow needed a new sister to keep her company.(see pictures)Abby is doing so well. She is a bit of a thief as she steals food off the counter. She wants to sleep with the humans at night across the bed. Abby loves to play ball all day and never gets tired. Again, thank you for finding us this funny little girl, she is a joy to have!
